Today I’m sharing a new video on YouTube focusing How to Save Money on Groceries!
Saving money on groceries is a topic near and dear to my heart because feeding my family of eight well, and on a budget, is a top priority in my life. This one easy step that I implemented a little over a year ago can save you anywhere from $300-$500 annually – possibly more! Some people may feel that a savings of $300-$500 isn’t worth their time. As homeschooling families we know that an additional $300-$500 each year could be our entire homeschool budget, or at least add a huge kick to our educational funds.
Please know that I’ve had many years of having 100% no money for homeschooling. I talk a lot about how many years we’ve homeschooled with free educational resources online, our Bible, library card, and great finds from the thrift store. With creativity and time on the parent’s part it can be done and be done well. You can read more about ideas to help save money on homeschooling in the Homeschooling for Free and Frugal feature here on FHD. And don’t forget to go through all of the awesome homeschool freebies!
If you could save an additional $300-$500 a year though, and it not take any additional time on your part, I bet you would! 😉
