Description

Enjoy a 9×13 pan of easy baked oatmeal with your family. This baked oatmeal recipe tastes like a warm cookie and is waiting for you to add on your favorite toppings!


Ingredients

  • 6 Cups Quicks Oats
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 4 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp All Spice
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla
  • 5 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk (Or Any Milk)
  • 1 Cup Melted Butter

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°. Mix eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla in a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl mix oatmeal, baking powder, salt, allspice, and sugar. Combined ingredients and stir until blended. Pour final mixture into 9×13 baking dish. Bake for up to 45 minutes. Serve warm with additional milk and extra toppings (fruit slices, nuts, brown sugar, etc).
