Banana Bread Overnight Oats

Banana Bread Overnight Oats

Overnight oats is one of those breakfast ideas that works so well for large families. They are super easy to make ahead the night before and everyone can pick their own flavor. I don’t know why anyone wouldn’t pick banana bread overnight oats since it’s really delicious. You can make overnight oats a sweet treat by added chocolate, peanut butter, or other fun ingredients, OR you can add fruit and other healthy ingredients to give your family lots of great nutrients to start their day. You can also use different kinds of oats and milks to suit your family’s needs! This particular recipe makes 1 jar so multiply it by how many people you need to feed.

Preparing the Banana Bread Overnight Oats

Gather all the ingredients together. You can use any kind of milk including dairy free for this recipe. Want to make it gluten free? Use certified gluten free oats. Just be sure they are rolled oats and not quick cooking. Got honey instead of monk fruit? Use that for sweetener. This recipe is really flexible. Yet another reason I love it so much.

Take everything you have and throw it in the pint jar. Mix thoroughly, put the lid on it then place in fridge overnight. Now if you want to feed these to little people, I highly suggest chopping up the nuts really small. No one wants a child to choke while eating breakfast. Seriously, a choking child is no way to start the day.
