Hot, buttery corn-on-the-cob. What could be better?
Large bag of frozen corn-on-the-cob
1 cup water
1 stick butter
salt and pepper to taste
Place steam rack in pressure cooker.
Add 1 cup of water.
Add butter and salt and pepper.
Set on Manual for 3 minutes.
One thing to note, different brands of pressure cookers have different types of lids and some are more intuitive than others. So just know your pot and pay attention because if your lid isn’t on correctly you are not cooking safely.
