Here’s what you need to make 50  Ham, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Bagel Sandwiches

  • 50 Pre-sliced Bagels (we used onion bagels)
  • 50 fried eggs
  • 50 slices of ham
  • 50 slices of cheese

  1. Get an assembly line going with your bagels, fried eggs, ham, and cheese. Layer on an egg, ham, and cheese slice inside each bagel.
  2. Wrap each bagel in plastic wrap. Then place up to 8 wrapped breakfast bagels in large gallon freezer bag. Store in your freezer for up to 2 months.
  3. You can reheat the bagel sandwiches in the microwave by removing the plastic wrapping and heating for 45 seconds to 1 minute. You may have to flip your bagel and heat for 15-20 additional seconds as well.
  4. To reheat many Bagel Sandwiches at one time just preheat your oven to 400. Remove individual plastic wrap and place bagels on a sprayed baking pan. Bake 25 minutes and enjoy! Oven times may vary so adjust as necessary.
