Use this icing recipe to hold your graham cracker gingerbread house together! It dries as hard as glue!
- 12 cups powdered sugar
- 9 egg whites
- 2 tsps cream of tartar
- Add all ingredients into your large mixing bowl or stand mixer.
- Mix on high until well blended.
- Put into piping bags and pipe onto your gingerbread houses
Separate icing into separate bowls and add food coloring to make different colors.
