Description

Use this icing recipe to hold your graham cracker gingerbread house together! It dries as hard as glue!


Ingredients

  • 12 cups powdered sugar
  • 9 egg whites
  • 2 tsps cream of tartar

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into your large mixing bowl or stand mixer.
  2. Mix on high until well blended.
  3. Put into piping bags and pipe onto your gingerbread houses

Notes

Separate icing into separate bowls and add food coloring to make different colors.
