What do I need to make the Large Family Instant Pot County Style Ribs?
This meal is so easy! Just grab your Instant Pot, eight to ten pounds of country-style pork ribs, beef broth, and olive oil to start with.
To season the ribs, you will need golden monk fruit sweetener or brown sugar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, and ground cumin that you will mix together to season the meat. Finally, you will add barbeque sauce on the top of it all to finish it off.

How do I make Country Style Ribs in the Instant Pot?
Now, this is the easy part! Just pour the olive oil into the electric pressure cooker and swirl to coat the bottom of the liner. Pour in the beef broth, and mix the spices in a separate bowl.
Then, add the ribs into the electric pressure cooker, sprinkling with the seasonings as you layer them. Pour the barbecue sauce on the top of the ribs. Place the lid on the pot and set the valve to sealing. Cook for 45 minutes, then, use a natural release for 10 minutes before performing a quick release of the remaining pressure.

Description
Delicious melt in your mouth, country-style pork ribs made in the Instant Pot.
Ingredients
8 to 10 pounds country style pork ribs
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ cup beef broth
2 tablespoons golden monkfruit sweetener or brown sugar
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 cup barbecue sauce, plus additional if broiling
Instructions

In the electric pressure cooker, pour the olive oil and swirl to coat the bottom of the liner.

Pour the beef broth into the liner.

Mix the seasonings, sugar, and sweetener together.

Add the ribs, sprinkling with the seasonings as you layer the ribs.

Over the ribs, pour the barbecue sauce.

Place the lid on the electric pressure cooker and set the valve to sealing. Program the electric pressure cooker to “pressure cook” or “manual” for 45 minutes. When the cooking cycle is complete, allow the electric pressure cooker to naturally release the pressure for 10 minutes before performing a quick release of the remaining pressure.

If desired, preheat the oven to broil and prepare a large baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spritz with nonstick cooking spray. Remove the ribs from the electric pressure cooker using a slotted spoon and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with additional barbecue sauce. Place under the broiler for 5 to 8 minutes or until the barbecue sauce begins to caramelize.
