- 24 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups browned, drained, and crumbled bacon
- 4 cups shredded cheddar
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare two 9×13 baking dishes with nonstick cooking spray.
Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well blended.
To the baking dish, add the bacon and top with cheese.
Pour the eggs over the top of the mixture.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the center is set and the cheese is melted and golden on the edges.
