Description

Make breakfast less complicated in the morning with this Large Family Sheet Pan Sausage and Cheese Omelet. It is a cheesy, meaty meal that your family will enjoy eating in the morning.

 


Ingredients

  • 2 (16 ounce) packages ground sausage, browned and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 20 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • Salt and black pepper, if desired

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper spritzed with nonstick cooking spray.

  • Spread the sausage over the baking sheet. Top with the cheese.

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with milk until well blended, adding salt and black pepper as desired. Pour the eggs over the ham mixture.

  • Place in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the eggs are set and the edges are beginning to puff up.

  • Remove from the oven, cut into squares and serve.
