- 2 (32 ounce) package frozen southern style (cubed) hashbrown potatoes
- 2 (10 ¾ ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 4 cups shredded Colby-Jack cheese, divided
- 2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Prepare the slow cooker liner with nonstick cooking spray.
Place all ingredients into the slow cooker EXCEPT ½ cup cheese. Mix together until well combined. Press down and top with the remaining cheese.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours.
