We’ve all had those days where we’re too busy to cook dinner, or maybe it’s too hot to cook a big meal in the oven, but you still need to feed your large family. The Large Family Ultimate Layered Spring Salad is the perfect dish for nights like that. It’s also a THM-S and KETO friendly meal so if you are stuck trying to figure out what to have for dinner and you are on one of those plans, then this is great for that too. With the addition of eggs and bacon for protein, this easy dinner has everything to make a complete meal. Of course, if you want to add some dinner rolls or one of my delicious bread recipes to give the kids some carbs (they need that energy more than we do!) go ahead and do that. I have lots of great baked goods for you to make.

The Ingredients Needed to Make the Large Family Ultimate Layered Spring Salad
If you want to make this easy Large Family Ultimate Layered Spring Salad, there are a few ingredients you will need to have on hand. You may also want to stock up on my favorite kitchen tools so you are ready to cook. Don’t forget to add this amazing dinner to your large family weekly menu.
Lettuce: You’ll need at least one large head of iceberg lettuce to make this salad.
Bacon: The bacon will need to be made ahead of time as well. An easy way to make bacon is in the air fryer or in the oven.
Cheese: This recipe calls for sharp cheddar cheese, but you ca be creative here. You may want to try mozzerealla, farmers cheese, or anything that your family enjoys.
Frozen Peas: You can always find peas in the frozen section or if it’s spring or summer you can fine them fresh at your local grocery or farmers market. Using fresh peas will add a nice crunch and great flavor.
The recipe calls for a few other things like tomato, onion, mayo, and a few seasonings to make the dressing.
