Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper spritzed with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large (12 inch) skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the bell pepper and onion, cooking for 5 minutes or until the vegetables begin to soften. Stir in the ham and cook until the ham is heated through.
Sprinkle the ham mixture over the baking sheet. Top with the cheese.
