Large Family Ham and Cheese Hot Pockets Lunch Freezer Meals

You can make this Ham and Cheese Hot Pockets freezer meal recipe from scratch to create a flavorful and simple meal for your large family. It is kid-approved and will surely satisfy your little ones!
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the ham, mayonnaise, mustard, and cheese.
Roll out the dough and divide each sheet into 9 rectangles.
Using a medium cookie scoop, place ham filling into the center of each dough rectangle. Cover the rectangle with another piece of dough. Crimp the edges with a fork to seal.
Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Freezer Meal Directions:
Place your cooled Ham & Cheese hot pockets in a large gallon freezer bag or individually wrap.
Set out to defrost from the freezer into the refrigerator that day before you need these freezer meal lunches.
The following day for lunch just reheat these hot pockets in the microwave as needed. Remove individual wrapping before microwaving if you frozen them that way. Microwave times may vary.
