Satisfy your family’s craving for a cheesy meal with these Large Family Ham and Cheese Macaroni Cups. They’re easy to make and are the perfect kid-friendly, adult-approved lunch or dinner.

- 4 cups uncooked elbow macaroni cooked according to package directions and drained
- 2 tablespoons butter melted and cooled
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 16 ounce package diced ham
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare two muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray.
In a small bowl, whisk together the butter, milk, and eggs until well blended.
In a large bowl, toss together the macaroni, ham, mozzarella, and 2 cups of cheddar cheese.
Divide the macaroni mixture between the muffin cups. Pour the milk mixture over the muffin cups. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove the muffin tins from the oven and allow the muffins to cool slightly before removing them.
To freeze: Freeze individually or wrap individually in parchment paper. Then, store in an airtight container and freeze up to 6 months. To reheat, heat in the oven or microwave until warmed through.
