Avoid the heavy carbs with this Large Family Low Carb Bacon Breakfast Casserole. It’s filling, flavorful, and sure to satisfy your loved ones when they want a good meal to eat in the morning.

Ingredients
  

  • 24 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups browned drained, and crumbled bacon
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar
  •  

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare two 9x13 baking dishes with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  • To the baking dish, add the bacon and top with cheese. 
  • Pour the eggs over the top of the mixture.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the center is set and the cheese is melted and golden on the edges.
