Rosemary Garlic Chicken | Instant Pot or Slow Cooker | Large Family Recipes

This recipe makes 2 gallon-sized bags for the freezer!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 lbs chicken
  • 2 TBSP minced garlic
  • 2 TBSP rosemary
  • 2 TBSP parsley
  • 3 TBSP butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in 2 gallon-sized freezer bags.
  • Seal, remove all air, and freeze flat.
  • For slow cookers, cook on HIGH for 4 hours or on LOW for 8.
  • For your electric pressure cooker, add 1 cup of water, then place frozen chicken in IP and cook on Manual HIGH for 25 minutes.
