Rosemary Garlic Chicken | Instant Pot or Slow Cooker | Large Family Recipes

This recipe makes 2 gallon-sized bags for the freezer!
- 4 lbs chicken
- 2 TBSP minced garlic
- 2 TBSP rosemary
- 2 TBSP parsley
- 3 TBSP butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in 2 gallon-sized freezer bags.
Seal, remove all air, and freeze flat.
For slow cookers, cook on HIGH for 4 hours or on LOW for 8.
For your electric pressure cooker, add 1 cup of water, then place frozen chicken in IP and cook on Manual HIGH for 25 minutes.
