Royal Icing Recipe!

Use this icing recipe to hold your graham cracker gingerbread house together! It dries as hard as glue!

Ingredients
  

  • 12 cups powdered sugar
  • 9 egg whites
  • 2 tsps cream of tartar

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into your large mixing bowl or stand mixer.
  • Mix on high until well blended.
  • Put into piping bags and pipe onto your gingerbread houses

Separate icing into separate bowls and add food coloring to make different colors.
