Cut your colored peppers and green onions
Add 1-6 oz. can of tomato paste to the bottom of your slow cooker
Lay boneless skinless chicken breast in your slow cooker
Add in garlic powder, salt, pepper, parsley, and taco seasoning to taste
Pile all your cut vegetables on top of the chicken
Put the lid on your slow cooker while it does the work for you!
Serve with tortillas and fresh veggies - enjoy :)
