Easy Slowcooker Chicken Fajitas Recipe
Today on Youtube I’m sharing an easy slow cooker recipe for chicken fajitas! In the video, I throw and go, literally just dumping ingredients as I’m sharing. 🙂 However for those of you who would actually like the slow cooker chicken fajitas recipe, here you go!
Easy Slowcooker Chicken Fajitas Recipe
I used a lot of chicken in this recipe. You can stretch it by cutting back the amount of chicken and adding rice before serving. With this slow cooker chicken fajita recipe I had enough to serve my large family chicken fajitas twice, plus I had enough to freeze for one slow cooker freezer meal for later.
PrintIngredients
- Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (I used 6 .lbs of chicken breast for 2-meals plus 1-freezer meal. YOU can use 2 .lbs of chicken breast if you don’t need this much 🙂
- Colored Peppers (orange, red, yellow, green)
- Green Onions
- Garlic Powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley
- Chili Powder or Taco Seasoning
- Tomato Paste
Instructions
- Cut your colored peppers and green onions
- Add 1-6 oz. can of tomato paste to the bottom of your slow cooker
- Lay boneless skinless chicken breast in your slow cooker
- Add in garlic powder, salt, pepper, parsley, and taco seasoning to taste
- Pile all your cut vegetables on top of the chicken
- Put the lid on your slow cooker while it does the work for you!
- Serve with tortillas and fresh veggies – enjoy 🙂
