Big Batch Peach Crisp Recipe with Fresh Peaches

This is a delicious dessert with peaches covered with a tasty crisp topping of oats and sugar. 
Prep Time 25 minutes
Cook Time 25 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 bushel of Peaches
  • 10 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 8 Cups Brown Sugar
  • 4 Cups Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Cinnamon
  • 1/8 Cup Nutmeg
  • 1/8 Cup Salt
  • 8 cups oatmeal
  • Two 10X15 Two 9x13, One 9x13 Peaches

Instructions
 

  • 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. 
  • 2. Wash and cut peaches into slices. Place them in 5 baking dishes. (see notes for size)
  • 3. Mix together flour, sugar, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and oatmeal.
  • 4. Cover peaches with flour mixture. 
  • 5. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

I used three 9x13 dishes and two 10x15 pans.
