Jamerrill's Cornbread in the Bread Machine Recipe|Large Family Meals

Hot, Fresh Cornbread with minimal effort. A perfect accompaniment to beans and rice.
- 1 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups white flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 2 tsp baking powder
- cooking spray
Spray bread machine pan with cooking spray.
Add ingredients to bread pan in order listed.
Set bread machine to quick bread or express bake, depending on your machine's settings.
As the machine begins to mix ingredients, use a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides of the bread pan so that the flour doesn't stick to the sides.
