Large Family Bacon Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients
- 4 pounds ground chuck
- 2 onion diced
- 2 15 ounce can tomato sauce
- 2 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 6 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
- 2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 12 ounce package bacon, cooked, drained, and crumbled
- 2 32 ounce package frozen tater tots
- 2 cup grape tomatoes quartered
- 1 cup sliced dill pickles halved
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare two 9x13 casserole dishes with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion, salt, and pepper over medium-high heat until the meat is crumbled. Drain well.
- Return the meat to the skillet. Add the cream cheese, 2 cup cheddar cheese, and Worcestershire sauce, stirring until melted.
- Transfer the ground beef mixture to the casserole dish. Top with the remaining cheese, the crumbled bacon, and a layer of tater tots.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the tater tots are browned and the edges bubble.
- Top with tomatoes and pickles.
Notes
To freeze: Cover tightly with plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Freeze for up to 6 months. Thaw in the refrigerator before baking.
