312 ounce packages cheese tortellini, cooked according to package directions
6cupscubed or shredded cooked chicken
216 ounce jars alfredo sauce
28.1 ounce jars prepared pesto sauce
110 ounce bag spinach, coarsely chopped
1pintgrape tomatoeshalved
4cupsshredded Italian blend cheesedivided
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare two 9x13 casserole dishes with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the pasta, chicken, alfredo sauce, pesto sauce, and spinach. Transfer to the two casserole dishes, dividing evenly. Top with the grape tomatoes and cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the edges are bubbling and the cheese has melted.
How to freeze: Cover tightly with aluminum foil and freeze up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight. If using glass baking dishes, place on the counter as the oven preheats. Remove the aluminum foil. Follow the above instructions to bake.
