216 ounce packages dinner rolls
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a large (21 x 15 inch) rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
In a large bowl, mix together the beef, onion, salt, and black pepper. Press the mixture onto the large baking sheet.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the meat is cooked through. Press with paper toweling to remove excess grease.
Meanwhile, prepare another large (18 x 13 inch) baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Spritze lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
Slice the dinner rolls through the middle to create slider buns. Place the bottom of the slider buns on the prepared baking sheet.
When the meat is ready, light the meat (cutting in half if needed) and place on the slider buns. Add a layer of sliced cheese and then with the slider buns tops.
Bake in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Remove from the oven, cut apart, and serve.
Notes
