Large Family Low Carb Brownies

If you are a fan of brownies, then you’re going to love these Large Family Low Carb Brownies. Made with almond flour instead of traditional flour, these brownies are not only low carb, but they are made with your Large Family Table in mind!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¼ cups unsalted butter
  • 1 4 ounce bar unsweetened chocolate baking bar, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup fine almond flour
  • ½ cup plus 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ cup granulated monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 6 eggs room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9x13 baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and chocolate, stirring often. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
  • Sift together the almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until frothy and smooth. Add the vanilla and chocolate mixture. Add the almond flour mixture and mix until blended.
  • Transfer the brownie batter to the baking dish and spread evenly across the pan.
  • Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle returns clean. Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting.
