How to Make Large Family Low Carb Brownies
Once you have prepared your pan, and prewarmed your oven, grab your small sauce pan to begin melting your chocolate. Over medium heat, melt the butter and chocolate, stirring often. After it’s melted, remove it from the heat and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
Next, in a small bowl, sift together the almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, and salt. If you don’t have a sifter, don’t worry! You can throw the ingredients together and simply use your whisk to blend the dry ingredients all together within the bowl.
Now, in your large mixing bowl, beat the eggs until frothy and smooth. This means that no part of the yellow egg is left separated from the rest of the whipped mix. Now go ahead and add the vanilla and chocolate mixture to your beaten eggs. Now come the dry ingredients. Add the almond flour mixture and mix until blended.
Transfer the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly across the pan with a spatula or the back of a spoon. Place carefully into the oven and bake for 45 to 50 minutes. (Your toothpick inserted into the middle will return clean.) Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting.
