Large Family Low Carb Chocolate Mousse

Large Family Low Carb Chocolate Mousse recipe is quick & easy –and it  has under 6 grams of carbs per serving! It’s truly a must-try!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered erythritol sweetener
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups cold heavy cream
  •  

Instructions

  • In a cold mixing bowl, whisk the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the vanilla, sweetener, cocoa powder, and salt into the cream cheese. Continue mixing until completely combined.
  • Into the cream cheese mixture, fold half of the whipped cream. Once that is incorporated, fold in the remaining cream.
  • Divide between eight custard cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours prior to serving.
