Cook Time 20 minutes mins
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 4 pounds ground chuck
- 4 eggs
- 2 onions finely chopped
- ½ cup grated parmesan
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 2 24 ounce jars marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese for garnish
- ½ cup freshly chopped parsley for garnish

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare three 9x13 casserole dishes with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, stir together the breadcrumbs and milk. Allow to rest as the breadcrumbs absorb the milk.
To the large bowl, add all of the remaining ingredients EXCEPT the marinara sauce. Using your hands or a high-powered mixer, combine the ingredients until well blended.
Using a large cookie scoop, divide the meatball mixture into 1 ½ inch to 2 inch meatballs. Place in a single layer in the casserole dishes.
Pour sauce over the meatballs.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Garnish with cheese and parsley prior to serving.
