Large Family Pepperoni Pizza Hot-Pockets Freezer Meals | Big Family Lunch Ideas

Create homemade Large Family Pepperoni Pizza Hot-Pockets that taste much better than the ones at grocery stores. These fresh hot pockets are loaded with cheese and pepperoni to provide a fulfilling meal for lunch, dinner, or even a snack.

Cook Time 15 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cans 12 ounces crescent dough sheets
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 2 5 ounce packages mini pepperoni
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  •  

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix together the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning. Stir in the pepperoni and cheese.
  • Roll out the dough and divide each sheet into 9 rectangles.  
  • Using a medium cookie scoop, place pizza filling into the center of each dough rectangle. Cover the rectangle with another piece of dough. Crimp the edges with a fork to seal.  
  • Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

Large Family Freezer Meal Directions:
Once they are cooked in the oven, you can simply microwave them from the refrigerator and have them on the go. I have stored these hot pockets in the freezer for two to three months at a time. It is less time-consuming to make the hot pockets ahead of time, freeze a bunch, and then let the kids microwave them when they want to have them.
