Jamerrill Stewart
Create homemade Large Family Pepperoni Pizza Hot-Pockets that taste much better than the ones at grocery stores. These fresh hot pockets are loaded with cheese and pepperoni to provide a fulfilling meal for lunch, dinner, or even a snack.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix together the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning. Stir in the pepperoni and cheese.
Roll out the dough and divide each sheet into 9 rectangles.
Using a medium cookie scoop, place pizza filling into the center of each dough rectangle. Cover the rectangle with another piece of dough. Crimp the edges with a fork to seal.
Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Large Family Freezer Meal Directions: Once they are cooked in the oven, you can simply microwave them from the refrigerator and have them on the go. I have stored these hot pockets in the freezer for two to three months at a time. It is less time-consuming to make the hot pockets ahead of time, freeze a bunch, and then let the kids microwave them when they want to have them.
