Large Family Ranch Pork Chops, Potatoes, and Green Beans Sheet Pan Dinner

Ingredients
  

  • 12 to 16 pork loin chops
  • 3 pounds red potatoes scrubbed and cut into 1- to 2-inch pieces
  • 2 pounds green beans trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 1 ounce packages ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Prepare two large sheet pans with aluminum foil spritzed with nonstick cooking spray or rubbed with olive oil.
  • Place the pork loin chops on the sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. Season with half of the seasonings on both sides.
  • Place the potatoes and green beans around the pork. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with the remaining seasoning. Toss to distribute the seasoning evenly.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the pork is cooked through. 
  • If desired, turn on the broiler and cook for an additional 2 to 5 minutes, watching closely.

Notes

Note: The potatoes may still be crunchy. If a softer potato is desired, cut smaller pieces or place the potatoes in the oven alone for 5 to 10 minutes before adding the additional ingredients.
