What Ingredients are Used in Ranch Pork Chops Sheet Pan Dinner?
- 12 to 16 pork loin chops
- 3 pounds red potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1- to 2-inch pieces
- 2 pounds green beans, trimmed
- Olive oil
- 2 (1 ounce) packages ranch seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

How Do I Make Ranch Pork Chops Sheet Pan Dinner?
Go ahead and preheat your oven, then cover your two large sheet pans with aluminum foil spritzed with nonstick cooking spray or rubbed with olive oil. In a small bowl combine the ranch seasoning packets and garlic powder, mix with spoon, then set aside.
Next take the pork chops and place them onto the sheet pan, then drizzle with olive oil. Using half of the seasonings, season each half of the pork chop evenly. Now place the potatoes and green beans around the pork. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with the remaining seasoning. Toss to distribute the seasoning evenly.
Carefully place the sheet pans into the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the pork is cooked through. If you like your potatoes a bit more done or crispy, you can turn on the broiler and cook for an additional 2 to 5 minutes. Be sure to watch it closely so it doesn’t burn.
Once your meal is done, carefully remove the sheet pans from the oven. Plate and enjoy!
