How do I make the Chicken and Peaches Sheet Pan Meal?
Well, to start with you’ve going to need those sheet pans back again! Plus, a bowl, olive oil or cooking spray, and aluminum foil. Other than those few kitchen items, you’ll need four pounds of chicken thighs.
To make the sauce, you will need a jar of peach preserves, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, ground ginger, and dried basil. You’ll mix the chicken with the sauce ingredients in the bowl then place it on the sheet pan and bake for 25 minutes.
After that, carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven and add the peaches, tomatoes, and onions around the chicken, and season it with salt and black pepper. Return the baking sheet to the oven and cook for 20 to 25 minutes more. When it is finished cooking, garnish it with fresh basil and serve it hot.

Big Family Chicken and Peaches Sheet Pan Meal

This delicious dinner tastes like dessert and the main course is all rolled into one dish!
Ingredients
4 pounds chicken thighs
1 (18 ounce) jar peach preserves
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon ground ginger
2 teaspoons dried basil
6 medium peaches, pits removed and cut into wedges
6 roma tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 small red onion, sliced
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh basil, to garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and grease with olive oil or spray with nonstick cooking spray.

In a bowl, combine the peach preserves, apple cider vinegar, garlic, ginger, and basil. Toss in the chicken to coat completely in the sauce.

Place the chicken on the baking sheet and top with the sauce.

Bake the chicken for 25 minutes. Carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven and add the peaches, tomatoes, and onions around the chicken. Season with salt and black pepper.

Put the baking sheet back into the oven and continue cooking for an additional 20 to 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and an internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached.

Top with fresh basil to garnish, if desired.
