Description

Prepare a flavorful Large Family Ham and Gruyere Crustless Quiche using leftover ham from a holiday dinner. It is a great way to make use of leftovers while creating an entirely new and flavorful meal to eat with the family. This is a great low carb family meal!

 


Ingredients

  • 18 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard
  • ¾ cup shredded Gruyere cheese
  • 3 cups ham, coarsely chopped
  • 6 cups coarsely chopped broccoli

 


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spritz three 9 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. In the baking dish, toss together gruyere cheese, ham, and broccoli. 

  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and seasonings. Pour mixture over ham and gently move ham and cheese until the egg mixture is evenly distributed.

  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until the eggs are completely set. 

  5. Remove from the oven and allow the quiche to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
