- 18 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon dry mustard
- ¾ cup shredded Gruyere cheese
- 3 cups ham, coarsely chopped
- 6 cups coarsely chopped broccoli
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spritz three 9 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In the baking dish, toss together gruyere cheese, ham, and broccoli.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and seasonings. Pour mixture over ham and gently move ham and cheese until the egg mixture is evenly distributed.
