Prepare pizza you can eat for breakfast with this Large Family Sheet Pan Tater Tot, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Pizza. It is a kid-friendly meal that your family will love!
Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen tater tots, cooked according to package directions
- 2 (13.8 ounce) cans refrigerated pizza crust
- 10 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 10 eggs
- Salt and black pepper, as desired
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper spritzed with nonstick cooking spray.

Unroll pizza dough and place on the baking sheet, pinching the center edge to seal. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the edges begin to cook.

Top the pizza crust with half the cheese. Add an even layer of tater tots, and sprinkle with bacon.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs with salt and black pepper if desired.

Pour the eggs over the pizza and then top with the remaining cheese.

Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until the eggs are set and the cheese is completely melted.
