- 5 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 5 cup unsweetened almond milk, or the milk of your choice
- 2 ½ cup vanilla yogurt, regular or Greek
- 2 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅔ cup maple syrup, or the sweetener of your choice, to taste
- 1 teaspoon salt
In a one gallon container, mix all of the ingredients together.
Store in the refrigerator overnight.
When ready to serve, dish into microwave-safe bowls to heat and eat or serve cold.
