Which Pizza Sauce Should I Use?
Use any pizza sauce you find at the grocery store. If you do not want to buy pizza sauce from the store, you can make it at home from scratch following your favorite pizza sauce recipe.
Which Type of Sausage Is Good to Use?
The type of sausage you choose to use depends on your preference. You can use mild or spicy Italian sausage crumbled into pieces. If you do not like Italian sausage, you can use any other kind that you do eat. Make sure to cook it in advance before adding it to your muffin batter with the rest of your ingredients.
Can I Add Any Other Ingredients to the Supreme Pizza Muffins?
If you would like to add extra ingredients to the Large Family Supreme Pizza Muffins, you can do that. Some additional ingredients that would taste good include diced or sliced black olives, diced tomatoes, and chopped red onion. You can add what you would normally eat on a pizza to these muffins.
How to Freeze and Store the Muffins
Let your muffins cool down before attempting to freeze them. Once they are no longer hot, you can wrap each muffin individually in plastic wrap. Place the wrapped muffins into an airtight container and put them in the fridge, where you can keep them fresh for a maximum of six months. When you want to reheat one of the Large Family Supreme Pizza Muffins, put the muffin in the microwave or oven to get it hot before you eat it.
