- 10 to 12 cups romaine lettuce, coarsely chopped
- 2 cucumber, sliced thin
- 2 cup shredded Italian cheese blend (leave off the cheese for dairy-free option)
- 2 cup mini sliced pepperoni
- 2 cup diced salami
- 4 cups diced ham
- 1 cup sliced banana peppers
- 1 small red onion, sliced thin
- 1 cup green olives
- 1 cup sliced kalamata olives
For the dressing:
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 cup red wine or balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
