Ingredients

  • 10 to 12 cups romaine lettuce, coarsely chopped
  • 2 cucumber, sliced thin
  • 2 cup shredded Italian cheese blend (leave off the cheese for dairy-free option)
  • 2 cup mini sliced pepperoni
  • 2 cup diced salami
  • 4 cups diced ham
  • 1 cup sliced banana peppers
  • 1 small red onion, sliced thin
  • 1 cup green olives
  • 1 cup sliced kalamata olives

For the dressing:

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup red wine or balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

 


Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, mix the ingredients for the dressing until well blended.

  2. Prepare salads in individual bowls, in a layer trifle bowl, or in a large salad bowl.
