Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground chuck
- 2 pounds Italian sausage, casings removed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 (14 ounce) jars sugar free pizza sauce
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare two 9 x 13 casserole dishes with nonstick cooking spray.

Cook the ground beef and italian sausage with the onion, crumbling the beef and sausage as it cooks. Drain well. Spread the beef mixture evenly in the baking dish.

Over the meat, pour the pizza sauce and spread evenly.

Top casserole with cheese and sliced pepperoni.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges are bubbling.
