What You Need to Make the Cajun Shrimp and Sausage Sheet Pan Dinner
To make this easy dish, you will need two sheet pans, aluminum foil, a large bowl, and non-stick cooking spray or olive oil. For the meat, you will want to grab peeled and deveined shrimp and cajun or andouille smoked sausage.
The veggies you will need are:
- fresh broccoli florets
- mini ears corn
- red potatoes
- red bell peppers
Then, finally you will season it with flavorful cajun or creole seasoning, garlic powder, and salt and black pepper.
How to Make the Large Family Cajun Shrimp and Sausage Sheet Pan Dinner
To make the Cajun Shrimp and Sausage Sheet Pan Dinner, start by preparing two large sheet pans with aluminum foil spritzed with nonstick cooking spray or rubbed with olive oil.
Next, place the vegetables on the sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil and season them with half of the cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss them to combine and then spread them evenly on the sheet pan.
In a large bowl, combine the shrimp and sausage. Drizzle with olive oil and season with the remaining seasonings. Then, drop the shrimp and sausage over the vegetables.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the shrimp is pink.
If desired, turn on the broiler and cook for an additional 2 to 5 minutes, watching closely.

Ingredients
2 pounds peeled and deveined shrimp
3 (14 ounce) packages cajun or andouille smoked sausage, sliced
1 (32 ounce) package fresh broccoli florets
12 mini ears corn, cut in half
2 pounds red potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1- to 2- inch pieces
3 red bell peppers, seeded and cut into 2-inch pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 to 4 tablespoons cajun or creole seasoning, depending on desired heat
2 teaspoons garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
