Large Family Sesame Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner | Dairy-Free

Roasted Brussel sprouts, sugar snap peas, and peppers pair deliciously with this Sesame Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner. The flavorful signature sauce is made with sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and with a touch of ginger, garlic and sesame oil. Once you’ve added your side of rice, noodles, or even cauliflower rice, your entire family will be fed, full, and happy. Win! Win!

This Large Family Sesame Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner lets you have your favorite “take out” meal made easily in the comfort of your home. This dairy-free dinner recipe is made in one large sheet pan which makes clean up a breeze. What You’ll Need To Make The Sesame Chicken

  • 5 to 6 pounds chicken tenders
  • Brussel sprouts
  • 1 each of red, green, and yellow bell peppers
  • Sugar snap peas
  • Soy sauce
  • Honey
  • Sweet chili sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Ground ginger
  • Sesame seeds

How Do I Make Sesame Chicken Dinner?

Once you’ve preheated your oven to 400 degrees, lined and greased your baking sheets, you’re ready to begin this easy and nutritious dinner.

Whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sweet chili sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and black pepper.

In a bowl, pour half the marinade over the chicken and toss to coat completely. Arrange the chicken on the baking sheets, leaving space for the vegetables between the pieces..

In a large bowl, toss the vegetables with the remaining marinade. Then arrange the vegetables around the chicken.

Bake the chicken for about 25 to 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and an internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached. Once you’ve removed it from the oven, you can plate it up and eat as is, or add your favorite rice or rice substitute. This meal will instantly be a family go-to.

Cauliflower Rice can be added to any dinner as a low calorie substitute for rice which is high in carbs and starch. These reasons make it a staple in any low carb/keto lifestyle. I will give you the instructions to prepare cauliflower rice ahead of time and you may refrigerate for several days or freeze for a later time!

Ingredients

5 to 6 pounds boneless/skinless chicken tenderloins

2 (12 ounce) packages brussel sprouts, halved

1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces

1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces

1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces

1 (8 ounce) package sugar snap peas

1 cup soy sauce

½ cup honey

2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

2 teaspoons sesame oil

4 cloves garlic, minced or 1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon ground ginger

Salt and black pepper

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

 


Instructions
