How to Store Instant Pot Chicken Caesar Wraps
What if you make too much of this meal and you need to store it? I am going to show you HOW to store these wraps without the lettuce going bad. Whenever I make this meal, I don’t add the lettuce to the main ingredients. I add it on top. This way, if you want to save the leftovers, the lettuce doesn’t get soggy.
I don’t know about you, but I like my lettuce crunchy in these wraps. You can have leftover Chicken Caesar Wraps and enjoy it!
Can You Freeze Chicken Caesar Wraps?
This is a bit tougher of a meal to freeze because you are using fresh ingredients like lettuce. You can freeze the chicken mixture without a problem, but wait to add the lettuce and fresh ingredients until after it’s thawed.
Slow Cooker Option
Do you need a slow cooker option? If so, this meal can help with that. You can easily make this meal in the slow cooker with minimal effort. You will want to place the chicken, chicken broth, and lemon juice into the slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 to 7 hours.
You will then want to remove the chicken and shred with two forks. Add caesar dressing into the chicken. Then toss with parmesan cheese. From here, you can follow the regular recipe.

Instant Pot Chicken Caesar WrapsPrint
Instant Pot Chicken Caesar Wraps are just what you need to satisfy the need for a savory meal. Your family is going to love this meal.
1 family pack boneless, skinless chicken breasts (7 to 8 large breasts)
1 lemon, juice only
1 cup chicken broth
1 (16 fluid ounce) bottle creamy caesar dressing
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
4 to 5 cups chopped romaine lettuce
2 tomatoes, sliced thinly (optional)
10 to 12 burrito-size flour tortillas
Place chicken breasts into the pot of an electric pressure cooker. Pour chicken broth and lemon juice over the chicken.
Place the lid on the electric pressure cooker and set the valve to sealing. Set the pressure cooker to “manual” or “pressure cook” for 20 minutes. When the cook cycle is complete, allow the pressure to naturally release for 5 minutes before a quick release of remaining pressure.
Remove the chicken and shred with two forks (or shortcut by shredding with an electric mixer.)
Stir the caesar dressing into the chicken. Then toss with parmesan cheese.
To make the wraps, place a tortilla on a plate. Top with thinly sliced tomato (if desired) and about ⅓ cup chopped romaine lettuce. Pile the caesar chicken on the lettuce. Fold in the ends of the tortilla and wrap one side tightly over the chicken and vegetables. Roll the rest of the way up.
To serve, slice the wrap in half diagonally.
For the slow cooker:
Place the chicken, chicken broth, and lemon juice into the slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 to 7 hours.
Remove the chicken and shred with two forks. Add caesar dressing into the chicken. Then toss with parmesan cheese.
Proceed as directed above.
