  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 18 eggs
  • 1 32 ounce container half and half
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper to Taste
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  •

Instructions

  •
  • Prepare two 9x13 casserole dishes with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Place a layer of English muffin halves in each casserole dish.
  • In a dutch oven over medium-high heat, cook the sausage, crumbling the sausage as it cooks.
  • Layer the meat and apples over the English muffins. Top with the shredded cheese.
  • Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, beat together the eggs, maple syrup, half and half, salt, and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese.
