Freezer Breakfast Meals | Ham, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Bagel Sandwiches

On our last large family freezer cooking day, we made 50 of these Ham, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Bagels. We wrapped and bagged them in bags of eight. One the morning we wanted a bagel and egg sandwich these were quick to pull out of the oven. These would be great to pack for a work lunch or for breakfast on the go, too!

Here’s what you need to make 50  Ham, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Bagel Sandwiches

  • 50 Presliced Bagels (we used onion bagels)
  • 50 fried eggs
  • 50 slices of ham
  • 50 slices of cheese

Get an assembly line going with your bagels, fried eggs, ham, and cheese. Layer on an egg, ham, and cheese slice inside each bagel.

Wrap each bagel in plastic wrap. Then place up to 8 wrapped breakfast bagels in large gallon freezer bag. Store in your freezer for up to 2 months.

You can reheat the bagel sandwiches in the microwave by removing the plastic wrapping and heating for 45 seconds to 1 minute. You may have to flip your bagel and heat for 15-20 additional seconds as well.

To reheat many Bagel Sandwiches at one time just preheat your oven to 400. Remove individual plastic wrap and place bagels on a sprayed baking pan. Bake 25 minutes and enjoy! Oven times may vary so adjust as necessary.

  1. Hello! I was thinking about these bagels and how making “sheet pan” eggs would speed up the process of making them ahead of time…just cut squares of egg to fit each bagel…no frying!! Your brilliant bacon in the oven started lots of sheet pan dinners in my house, and eggs works great!! Just make sure to use parchment paper!!!
