Our bathroom renovations are coming along really well! We talk about all the 1960’s bathroom updates and Clean & Declutter with Me as I move myself out of the hall bathroom and back into my bathroom!
While I’m getting ready for this Mega Momma Day in the Life, we go over my hair story where my hair was falling out and all the other fun things that have happened to my poor hair over the past few years. We also talk about weight loss and lots of other Momma things. Life lesson here is: Ladies, be gentle with yourself and you do you!
As always, I’m thankful for past Jamerrill taking the time to prep freezer meals for this busy day! Today, I’m warming up a delicious casserole from my freezer meal stash, working through the freezer meals I made in November!!
Time to Boss This Kitchen Around
In the afternoon of this busy day, I boss my kitchen around. My plan “WAS” to set timer for 15 minute to see how much I can get done. I have a good friend who does this for major cleaning and decluttering and it tricks your mind into thinking it’s not such an overwhelming job. Haha, Jamerrill…Can’t trick me. We ended up working on the kitchen the whole afternoon. I had to wipe down everything from top to bottom. I put away everything on island and our large family table, including the homemade vanilla from my previous project.
As I clean, I also introduce you this week’s favorite new utensil, my canning scoop! I also talk to you about other plans for the kitchen and other areas of our homestead and organize some of my canning resources.
My friends always like to check in on Travis and his projects, so we take a little walk outside to check on the outdoor projects–stump grinding! Yes & Amen! Let’s make some room for some more gardens!!
