Our #suddenhomestead adventures continue! I’ve had lots of questions about milking Jazzy so I thought I would take you along and show you how to milk a goat. You also get to see the Chicken Sisters, the dog, the turkeys and the naked necked rooster. I bring you to all the nice places, I know. 🙂

HOW TO MILK A GOAT

We get about a gallon of milk out of Jazzy in a day. She’s milked morning and night. I have a system that works for me. Watch me clean everything, almost get a fly strip stuck in my hair, and make deworming balls for the first time. Finally, I show you how to freeze the milk if you get a build up. I can not be accused of not keeping it real in this video.
