How Do I Prepare Freezer Friendly Baked Taco Spaghetti?
You’ll need to start with two 9×13 casserole dishes. I spray mine for easier clean up- believe me! Cook your ground beef in a large skillet. Once browned you’ll add the water, Taco Seasoning, & Black Beans. Cook, stirring when needed, until the mixture begins to thicken. Next, you’ll stir in the tomatoes, salsa, and salsa con queso- simmering for about 10 min. I always make certain to stir so things don’t stick. In a large bowl, pour your sauce mixture over the cooked pasta and toss well. Divide into the casserole dishes and top each with the cheese. Cooke the casserole dishes in the oven for about 20 minutes- until the cheese is melted. That’s it! Super simple!
