This Slow Cooker Italian Wedding Soup is oh-so-easy to make! It’s a dump and go soup for your slow cooker. First you want to prepare your slow cooker by adding a liner- you’ll thank yourself when cleaning up is a breeze! You start your soup by adding the frozen meatballs, carrots, celery, onions, garlic, and chicken broth into your slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or on low for 6 to 8 hour. When you have about 30 minutes before you want to eat, stir in the pasta and the spinach and let them cook until they’re done. And that’s it! Don’t forget to add the grated Parmesan cheese into each bowl before serving. So simple!

Big Family Slow Cooker Italian Wedding Soup is easy to make, and it’s filled with healthy ingredients for the family! With fresh carrots, spinach, and chicken broth, this recipe is tasty and full of good-for-you-food! 
Prep Time 20 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 32 ounce package frozen meatballs
  • 3 carrots diced
  • 3 stalks celery diced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 4 garlic cloves minced oor 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper too taste
  • 2 48 ounce containers chicken broth
  • 1 6 to 10 ounce package fresh spinach, coarsely chopped
  • 2 cups dry ditalini pasta
  • Grated parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions
 

  •  
  • Prepare the slow cooker liner with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Place all ingredients into the slow cooker EXCEPT the spinach and pasta.
  • Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or on low for 6 to 8 hours..
  • About 30 minutes prior to serving, stir in the pasta and allow to cook until al dente.
  • Add the spinach and stir to distribute.
  • Serve topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
