Description

Ingredients

  • 2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
  • 2 onion, diced
  • 2 green bell pepper, seeded and diced 
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 4 (15 ounces) cans navy beans, drained and rinsed
  • 4 (4 ounces) cans chopped green chiles
  • 2 cup frozen corn, thawed
  • 2 cup sour cream

Instructions

 

  1. Using a large slow cooker, add all ingredients EXCEPT the sour cream. Stir to combine.

  2. Cover and and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 to 7 hours.

  3. Stir in the sour cream just before serving.
