I had another freezer cooking day or two recently. Join me spending an afternoon cooking 18 meals – including freezer meals – from SCRATCH for my large family!
Large Family Freezer Meals from Scratch
I am back with some SUPER MEGA FREEZER MEALS! We are making 18 low carb freezer meals FROM SCRATCH! With each meal, make one for now, and one for later. Pop ’em in the freezer for when you need them.
These freezer meals are from my One for Now, One for Later pack. I have a grocery list where you can get ingredients for all of the recipes. If you don’t want to make 20 meals, I have the ingredients list cut in half so you can just make 5 recipes, which makes 10 meals! Each of these casseroles has about 12 adult servings, so they also work well when you need to feed a crowd. I also usually add in fresh steamed vegetables, fruit choices, and butter bread options for kids.

I had about 3 hours to work on getting these freezer meals started. I was able to get lots of veggies chopped and meat batch cooked. The next day I went to town assembling all these large family freezer meals from scratch. In total, I made 20 meals and shared 18. The last one was filmed especially for the Large Family Table community.
