How To Make Cheesecake Brownies
With your oven preheated and your baking pan all lined, you’re ready to start on the brownies!
Combine butter and chocolate in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Stir it often until completely combined then let it cool to room temperature.
Next, sift together the almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, and salt. If you don’t have a sifter, combine all ingredients together in a bowl, and stir well using a wire whisk.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until frothy and smooth. Add the vanilla and chocolate mixture, carefully mixing until everything combines well. Then add the almond flour mixture and mix until all of your ingredients are blended.
Now pour your brownie batter into the baking dish and spread across the pan. You’ll want to create divots in the batter for the cream cheese to collect in. Set the pan aside then move onto making the cream cheese mixture!
For the cream cheese, beat the ingredients together until smooth. Spoon over the brownie layer and use a bamboo skewer or knife to swirl the batters together. Then smooth into a level mixture. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle returns clean. Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting.
